The series was created along the Rocky Mountains and in remote regions of British Columbia and Alberta. It was shot with a focus on light moods, openness, and clear compositions. Long focal lengths and calm perspectives reduce the landscape to its essential forms. Alongside classic nature motifs, city and transition scenes were also captured to set a deliberate contrast to the open landscape.
